Submarine BECUNA carried 24 torpedoes, or "fish as submariners called them, while on patrol and divided them between the forward and aft torpedo rooms. The forward torpedo room was equipped with 6 torpedo tubes and 14 torpedoes, while the aft torpedo room had 4 torpedoes and 10 torpedoes. Turns out that during WWII, many torpedoes were duds.
